Schedule!!

Ok so here is a rough schedule so far so you start to get an idea of where were at and what things are going to look like a bit!! The venues are for sure now as is everything on this calendar, we are still in the process of adding more!! Also here is a list of everyone who has their flights already so you can get stoked to see your friends!

Show Me The Money

There's been some questions about how much the gathering will cost per day for food, housing, transport, etc.... and Andrew and I have broken it down the best, and most reasonably that we can at 25 dollars a day. We know some of you have maxed yourselves out just buying the plane tickets, and encourage you to pray and trust God and continue to ask for the funds for this. If it's totally impossible for you to do this please let us know and we will pray and try to work something out. We are a family and so were not going to leave you high and dry :)

You guys are awesome, and asking some great questions so keep em coming cause it keep me on my toes :)

Marc Scibilia & Andrea Ball

Marc and his brother are flying out and playing all our gigs for sure during the gathering this year!!! It's a huge blessing and privilege to have him. He recently got in a car accident and needs a lot of prayer for that and for his voice so lift him up. www. marcscibilia.com

Venue?

Still working on it. The debate is between the d-note in Arvada which is an art/music/pizza house, or the confluence ministries building near downtown. The d-note can hold more people but it will be hard getting them to allow us to do our event there. I'll keep you posted as we figure it out but here are pictures to get an idea. D note is the first picture, confluence is the last two.

Housing Accommodations

Housing is located off East Colfax on Marion Street, ten blocks east of Civic Center Park in Downtown Denver. They have been so kind and generous to let us use their houses at the low cost of 5 dollars per person per night. They have large kitchens and living rooms, however the sleeping quarters are a little cramped.... I'm trusting that were bringing true ywamers in here so it shouldn't be a problem :) You can acquaint yourself with their ministry at www.odmdenver.org. We are within walking distance of the capital buildings park and a short walk from downtown as well!! Thank God for brining this to our attention.
